About Our Client
A well established organisation seeking a Hybrid Payroll Specialist on a temp to perm basis.
Job Description
As a Hybrid Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for:
3. Preparing and submitting electronic payroll for input and export to Vendors
4. Creating and submitting banking files to the treasury department for net salaries and liabilities on a monthly basis
5. Having a knowledge of and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
6. Processing and monitoring garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications
7. Maintaining and documenting all payroll records
8. Reconciling the general ledger regarding payroll transactions for 4 entities
9. Detecting and processing issues with the payroll e.g. returned salaries, over payments
10. Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns using Workday Help
