Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to Key Stage 4 students. Develop and implement creative strategies to support student learning and progress. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes resilience and success. Build strong, trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs. Candidate Requirements: Fully qualified teacher status (QTS) with a specialism in English. Experience teaching Key Stage 4 students, ideally in alternative provision or similar settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students. A proactive, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
