Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Windsor
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
What You'll Be Doing:
Process invoices, payments, and receipts to keep finances in check
Support month, quarter and year-end reporting and closing processes
Reconcile accounts and bank statements, ensuring everything adds up
Assist with both accounts payable and receivable
Maintain financial databases and ensure everything is in order using our accounting software
Dive into the world of financial reporting and get hands-on with company accounting processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Provide general administrative support to the finance department as neededSkills and Experience:
A passion for numbers and an eagerness to learn - no two days are the same, and we want someone ready to take on new challenges
Some experience in an accounting or finance role (but if you're new to the sector and super motivated, we'd still love to chat!)
A good understanding of accounting basics, and familiarity with accounting software (like Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) would be a bonus
Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail - spotting the little things that make a big difference
