Job Title: Product Security Engineer

Salary: £54,793 – £60,326 dependant on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* You will work collaboratively with the Product Integrity discipline to deploy Product Security Capability
* This role will require you to provide influence and advice pan-functionally and through-life across the full lifecycle from cradle to grave/cradle to cradle
* Ensure you support the management of any risks (financial and non-financial) at the Air level
* You will facilitate the Pan Functional Steering and Working Groups
* Provide support to Engineering Authority/Director, Product Technical Authorities and Technical Authorities
* You will be required to support and encourage all Product Security Promotion activities – communications, engagement events, training and continuous improvements
* Ensure effective escalation and cascade of Product Security Reporting
* You’ll also have people manager responsibilities in this role
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience in Product Security/Cyber Security
* Experience from multiple programmes, platforms and/or services would be useful in the role as would experience and/or appreciation of Through Life aspects
* Requirements of the role for providing leadership and guidance to others
* Ability to identify Security & Safety risks and drive mitigation programmes

The Product Integrity Centre of Expertise team:
The team operates across all Air products (goods and services) providing product safety, product environmental sustainability and product security engineering resource to all programmes across the business. In addition the team delivers the independent assurance activities associated with airworthiness, product safety, product environmental sustainability and product security in a collaborative and supportive environment.
