We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our thriving primary school in Watford. As a KS1 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for delivering the curriculum, ensuring academic progress, and fostering a positive classroom environment. You’ll work alongside a supportive Teaching Assistant and other staff members to help every child reach their potential. Your role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons across core subjects such as reading, writing, and numeracy, while also incorporating enrichment activities to broaden pupils' experiences. You will play a vital role in helping students develop academically and socially, promoting the school’s core values of kindness, effort, aspiration, and tenacity.

Application Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 in a primary school, ideally with classroom experience in either Year 1 or Year 2, and a background in Early Years (EY) education.
* Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.• A commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and inclusive lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
