Role Overview: This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance our online presence and drive sales through our Shopify stores, direct sales initiatives, and targeted advertising efforts. You'll collaborate closely with our CEO and sales teams, as well as directly interact with the brands we represent, to develop and implement strategies that optimize our e-commerce operations and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shopify Store Management: Manage and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.
* Direct Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop online campaigns that drive direct sales and customer acquisition.
* Content Creation: Develop engaging digital content, including product descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to promote our products and brand.
* Graphic Design: Utilize design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing marketing materials.
* Brand Collaboration: Maintain direct communication with our partner brands and their teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with their guidelines and objectives.
* Paid Advertising Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI).
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
* Customer Engagement: Manage customer inquiries and feedback through our online platforms, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
* Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and promotions to boost online sales.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Shopify and experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
* Proven experience in content creation, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
* Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
* Basic understanding of SEO principles and online advertising.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external brand partners.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
