Job Description
3. Managing and leading a customer service team to deliver excellent customer service.
4. Implementing and maintaining processes to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
5. Resolving complex customer complaints and enquiries.
6. Conducting team meetings and providing feedback to enhance performance.
7. Working closely with other department leaders to drive the company's goals and objectives.
8. Overseeing team's adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
9. Contributing to the development and implementation of customer service strategies.
10. Conducting performance evaluations and implementing training programs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Leader should have:
11. Proven experience in managing and leading a customer service team.
12. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills.
14. An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
15. Proficient with customer service management software.
16. Must be able to work one in 4 Saturdays.
17. Knowledge of insurance would be advantageous.
