Job Description
We are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator for a client in the Automotive industry based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
Duties may include:
1. Process NEW vehicle orders with relevant manufacturer / dealership.
2. Monitor order progress and feedback to customer/internal team on order progress.
3. Manage the order through to delivery status of the vehicle to customer.
4. Manage forecasts for deliveries, updates of vehicles arriving on site etc.
5. Updating finance details onto product records.
6. Ensuring all necessary paperwork is kept up to date.
7. General administration.
8. Issuing and collating documentation.
9. You may be required to complete other ad hoc duties from time to time.
10. Ensuring a high level of customer service is always maintained.
11. Data entry.
12. Maintain accurate records.
13. Preparing correspondence.
14. Vehicle compliance.
15. Ensuring all vehicle paperwork is up to date and compliant including MOT's, Services etc.
16. Assist with periodic sales campaigns involving the Development team and the Internal Sales team.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30
Salary: £25k to £30k per annum dependent on experience
