About the role...
We are excited to offer a role for a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Coordinator, to join our Horden team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will:
1. Manage a caseload by creating, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.
2. Facilitate and promote the progression of individuals from initial engagement into structured treatment.
3. Support clients in various different treatment stages, from initial assessment to exiting treatment, accessing sustained recovery and aftercare.
4. Contribute to reducing substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; however, you will be required to work one Saturday morning 09.00-12.00 in a 3 month period.
About you...
1. Experience working with vulnerable adults.
2. A genuine interest in being part of the mission and vision of Humankind.
3. Experience of working/volunteering with adults at risk related to drug/alcohol use.
4. Passionate towards helping others.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. A driving licence is preferred; however, it is not essential.
