Serving clients across Europe and beyond, they've established themselves as a trusted partner known for their commitment to excellence, reliability, and pioneering solutions in the energy sector.At the core of their operations lies a dedication to fostering sustainability, driving technological advancements, and delivering high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of their diverse clientele.Are you the right person for the job?A full clean UK driving license is essential with the role being mobile NVQ / Apprenticeship or a higher national diploma (HNC / HND) in electrical engineering or a related subjectProven experience (four years) working as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role within the electrical industryStrong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniquesProficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manualsHands-on experience with testing equipment and diagnostic toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamExceptional communication and customer service skillsWillingness to travel to client sites as needed and work flexible hoursWhat will your role look like?Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of electrical systems and equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical systems, including but not limited to motors, generators, control panels, and wiringPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and ensure equipment reliabilityAccept duties assigned by management that align with the role's strategic focusCollaborate with internal teams and customers to understand technical requirements and provide effective solutionsDocument all service activities, including maintenance reports, service logs, and parts used, ensuring accuracy and completenessProvide training and technical guidance to customers on adequately using and maintaining electrical systemsStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in electrical engineeringParticipate in a 1 in 4 Callout Rota systemWhat can you expect in return?Remote workingCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementTravel incentives and allowancesCompany vehicleCompany pensionWhat's next?
