Enterprise Risk Manager - Warwick - 12 Month Contract
Exciting Enterprise Risk Manager opportunity, on a 12 Month Contract, for one of the nations biggest utilities organisations.
This opportunity will see you join their centralised assurance team. Here you will be to showcase your self-driven nature whilst leading their Enterprise Risk team.
Key Skills & Experience required:
1. A deep understanding of the energy sector – in terms of structure, regulatory environment and the short and long-term issues affecting the industry.
2. Deep experience and knowledge of Risk Management including tools, processes and systems. Coupled with the ability to break these down, so that those who are not risk and control specialists can comfortably contribute.
3. Business change experience, including effective communications, business engagement and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Provide advice to enable the business to conduct risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of risk.
2. Facilitate workshops with Executives and senior leaders.
3. Drive the identification, development, and documentation of the key controls for Principal Risks. Ensuring that they are developed to the appropriate standard.
Following a hybrid working model, you will only be required in the office one day per week!
