Key Responsibilities:
* To provide basic IT support to the general office and work closely with our IT supplier
* Supporting the Senior EA and the handl board
* Managing and maintaining our company fleet
* Arranging meetings and adhoc PA support
* Organising annual conference and office parties
* Building and maintaining relationships with our suppliers
* General office duties
Personal Specifications:
* The person appointed will be able to work in a busy environment
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Customer service skills
* A keenness to learn and develop and pick up new skills
* You will be an enthusiastic team player, and keen to work closely with our portfolio and other departments
* Experience in a role similar is desirable
Package:
* 37.5 Hours, Monday-Friday - 9am – 5pm
* Flexible working: We offer the ability to work from home/office on completion of training and a probationary period
