Our client is a fast paced, SME Performance Marketing business based near Milton Keynes. They have an excellent opportunity for a Senior CRM Manager their team, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and lead innovative CRM strategies.
Role Overview:
As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel CRM strategies designed to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimising workflows, resolving issues, and enhancing campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and launch end-to-end multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, onsite/app messaging, SMS, etc.) that effectively engage, convert, and retain customers.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyse customer data to personalise messaging, segment audiences, and refine CRM strategies to achieve better engagement and results.
Proactive Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in the industry and monitor customer needs to drive the creation of new campaigns and communication strategies.
