Westlakes Recruit are currently looking for an operations support engineer on a permanent basis to be located in the greater Bristol area.
Key responsibilities will be:
1. Specify Commissioning work order cards to suit the work within commissioning.
2. Resolve Open points problems by liaising and discussing with Stakeholders.
3. An Active member of the team, attend meetings as required to the role.
4. Support the development of the operational stations routine maintenance into the Enterprise Asset Management System.
5. Work closely with the Equipment Reliability team to understand and produce the routine maintenance requirements for systems on the operational station.
6. Be involved and provide input into the development of the Enterprise Asset Management tool.
7. Provide input into the development of standards, procedures and arrangements which support safe and reliable operation and maintenance activities in line with documents.
8. Support the development and delivery of Work Management, Planning processes and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Science and/or engineering background with relevant degree, HNC/HND or equivalent.
2. Experience in operating key asset management tools e.g. Asset Suite (Asset Management System), data reporting tools and Microsoft applications.
3. Experience of using/writing maintenance instructions in a regulated industrial environment.
4. Experience with performing/writing risk assessments and familiarity with the APSA (Authorised Persons Safety Assessment) process.
5. Familiarity with Maintenance Manuals and System Design Manuals including Engineering Drawings.
