Early Careers Teacher Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging, creative and challenging lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to the individual needs of students. Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching strategies to address students' learning styles and needs. Maintain high standards of behaviour and cultivate a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration and enthusiasm for learning. Work closely with fellow teachers, support staff and parents to create a holistic learning experience and participate in professional development opportunities. Early Careers Teacher Job Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. A strong passion for teaching, with a clear desire to make a difference in young learners' lives. Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is desirable, though not essential for the right candidate. An in-depth knowledge of the national curriculum, with the ability to plan, deliver and assess a wide range of subjects effectively. A caring and empathetic approach to supporting students’ well-being, ensuring they feel valued and encouraged in their learning. The ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues, fostering strong relationships within the school community. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
