* Practice autonomously within the Advanced Practitioner level of competence to assess, diagnose and treat patients presenting to the Urgent Treatment Centre with undifferentiated conditions (illness and injury).
* Provide Clinical Leadership for the Urgent Treatment Centre team and support and mentorship to other primary care staff where appropriate.
* Support and deliver training to Urgent Treatment Centre staff, staff within CityCare and the wider healthcare community.
* Provide mentorship and support to Urgent Treatment Centre staff, staff within CityCare and the wider healthcare community.
* Will take operational charge of a shift on a planned rota basis in the absence of the Urgent Treatment Centre Coordinator.
* Deputise for member of the management team when required to do so.
* To provide line management to a team of UTC staff members.
Msc in Advanced Clinical Practice (full MSc)
* Non-medical prescriber (V300)
* Experience as an Advanced Practitioner and evidence of autonomous practice in undifferentiated care.
* Proven clinical leadership skills, knowledge and experience at senior level
* Excellent standards of care and a positive attitude to managing change and developing services.
* Motivation to develop self and others.
