* Previous experience in Leasehold is required and ideally leasehold title checking
* A minimum of 2 years experience running a sale and purchase caseload

The role will include:

1. Actively manage a caseload of repossession sales cases, from instruction to completion
2. Title checks the cases on instruction and produces a title report for the Asset Managers and the lender client
