Job Description
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will have full responsibility in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities and utilities critical to the production process.
* Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs for all site facilities and utilities.
* Perform daily checks at all site facilities to ensure functionality and safety
* Identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency and sustainability.
* Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
* Manage on-site contractors, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.
* Prioritize site facility improvement projects.
* Manage site documentation, including site plans, electrical plans, and installation records.
* Produce (SOPs) for all facility and utility assets for the site engineering team.
Qualifications
* Competent in carrying out machinery installations.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience with HV/LV systems, chilled water systems, air compressors, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
* Strong understanding of compliance regulations
* Good understanding of the Permit to Work system
* Experience managing small to mid-scale projects.
