The role
As a Junior Security Advisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will offer direct security support to the PP&E Programme team, ensuring that all daily security activities comply with Cavendish and client policies.
Day-to-day, you’ll liaise between programme members and the Security Vetting Team.
* Provide security advice to clearance holders per HMG and Babcock Group policies.
* Manage the starters and leavers process for the PP&E Security Team.
* Oversee visits to external partner/supplier sites and facilitate access to client sites and IT infrastructure.
* Ensure training compliance for all client site pass holders.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and offers hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days in the office in Warrington and the remaining days working from home.
Essential Experience for the Junior Security Advisor:
* Previous experience in a role with a strong customer service focus, responding promptly to customer needs and requirements.
* Strong organisational skills, with experience in roles requiring tasks to be completed correctly, accurately, and on time.
* Demonstrates initiative, able to work effectively within a small team and prioritise work with minimal direction.
* Proficient in using MS Office packages, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
