About the role It is essential that the team member enjoys and has proven experience of working in an administrative role Excellent computer skills (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask Self- motivated, responsible, proactive Cheerful under pressure and enjoy working as part of a team Excellent communication skills Eager to learn and take on new challenges Excellent communication skills Must be able to manage and prioritise their own workflow Excellent attention to detail A quick learner able to approach tasks in a flexible fashion Ability to think outside the box, multitask and work to multiple deadlines The job holder will be dealing with both internal and external contacts and will be required to liaise with staff at all levels: Vendors and purchasers Solicitors Estate Agents Tenants/Landlords Contractors Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Support the sales and lettings team with a range of administrative duties Preparation of new property marketing including portal listings Answer, screen and forward calls in a polite and professional manner Register and match purchaser enquiries with properties for sale/to let Complete legal compliance checks for new instructions Assist in the compilation of reports as required Type letters, emails and other correspondence Ensure that all work you do is compliant with the relevant estate agency legislation Liaise with third party companies to book photographs, EPC's and floorplans Build relationships with colleagues across the country In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the job holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Sales & Lettings Manager from time to time. You will be based daily at our Head Office in Ringwood with office hours as 9.00 - 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 - 5.00 on Friday.
