UniQuest Admissions Services are seeking talented individuals with professional experience in UK Higher Education Admissions to join our brilliant, proactive and growing team. Duties and responsibilities You will build and foster excellent working relationships within UniQuest and with our University partner teams. You will ensure that you provide a world-class customer service to applicants and other contacts delivering the admissions officer activities. You will apply your admissions expertise and develop the required institutional and technological specific knowledge to execute assessments, processes, policies and procedures accurately and within agreed SLAs so that you effectively manage applicant record progression and support our partner’s and their prospective students through the applicant journey. Essential requirements Experience of working in a higher education institution within an Admissions Setting, with 2 years admissions experience typically expected Excellent time management with the ability to intelligently prioritise your work whilst effectively coordinating with your team to ensure that deadlines are met. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of UK Higher Education postgraduate admissions or undergraduate admissions including the UCAS process (business rules, routes & deadlines and confirmation & clearing). At least one area is required, but both is preferred Knowledge of qualifications and understanding of comparability/equivalencies, either UK or international (both is preferable, but not essential) Knowledge of fee assessment for any of the UK regions Knowledge of the compliance requirements for UKVI student route (for at least one study level) An understanding of the principles of the GDPR and DPA Confident and professional telephone manner Superb communication skills including an excellent standard of spoken and written English A positive, can-do attitude and high level of initiative Ability to perform well under pressure and multi-task Ability to motivate and inspire others in a remote working environment Ability to work effectively and respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds Ability to deal with difficult issues with tact and sensitivity High personal standards of achievement Honest and conscientious Click the apply button now, to apply direct. £25,500 to £31,500 (experience dependent)
