We are seeking an experienced M&E Planner to join our client, a leading contractor, on a significant infrastructure development in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project and secure a lucrative contract for an initial 6 months, with the potential for extension.

About the Role:
As the M&E Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of the mechanical and electrical elements of the project. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed M&E project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E activities.
* Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
* Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
* Manage and update project documentation.
* Attend regular project meetings and provide input on planning and scheduling matters.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as an M&E Planner on large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software.
* Excellent understanding of M&E systems and installations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet 1 deadlines.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
