The CEO Support Manager will:
1. Provide effective and trusted confidential support to the CEO
2. Be the coordinator for high profile and confidential projects externally and internally
3. Manage the CEO's inbox and correspondence
4. Manage the CEO's calendar and travel to ensure effective time management
5. Serve as an influential point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, delivering high levels of customer service
6. Act as an extension of the CEO's office, representing the CEO to the business and EXCO team
7. Lead the Executive Support Services, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
8. Oversee the preparation and distribution of board papers, reports, and presentations
9. Coordinate and manage executive-level and group-wide events and projects as required
