Job Description: Customer Service Assistant at Bristol Stations
Join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at Bristol Parkway and Bristol Temple Meads train stations. This role involves providing excellent service to passengers, ensuring safety, and assisting customers with their needs.
Details:
* Pay rate: £12.00 per hour, increasing to £13.57 - £13.94 after 12 submitted timesheets (AWR rate).
* Contract: ASAP ongoing, zero-hour contract.
* Shifts: Varied, Monday to Sunday, with shifts starting as early as 6 am. Shifts are released weekly, and staff pick shifts they can work.
* Location: Bristol Parkway/Bristol Temple Meads train stations.
We offer a train travel pass to enable you to work across multiple stations in the region, including Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Swindon, and Gloucester.
Responsibilities:
* Operate automatic gates ensuring safety for all passengers.
* Meet and greet customers, assist with queries, and support their journey.
* Support customers needing assistance, including station ramps (training provided).
* Maintain a safe station environment.

* Willing to work across multiple stations within the West Region, including WSM, Taunton, and Exeter.
Note: Candidates must be 18 or older and not under the influence of alcohol during shifts.
