This is thanks to the hard work from the team, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. Due to our continued growth, we are searching for a Customer Service / Administrator, who will be part of our expanding team and crucial to growing our already successful business.
This position requires individuals who are full of energy, warm, friendly, and professional in their manner.
Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To
* Answering calls from customers
* Processing of customers' documents
* Supporting the Admin and sales teams
* General office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, checking documents, Data Input, Excel, Word Processing
* Handling customer enquiries via email, letter and telephone, in a timely manner, providing a great customer experience.
* Demonstrating care and empathy for our customers and their needs when handling customer enquiries.
* Achieving high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
* Building and maintaining relationships through the delivery of customer requests within timeliness standards set.
* Demonstrating flexibility and collaboration towards meeting customer and business needs.
This Role Profile is not exhaustive, and the successful candidate would be expected to undertake any other reasonable duties from time to time and you will have set targets to meet on a daily basis.
Knowledge & Skills Required
* Previous experience of working in customer service / administration role is preferable.
* Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and deliver the best customer service.
* Demonstrate a flexible approach towards changing business needs.
* Ability to establish good working relationships with others and have good interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to working as a member of a team.
* Experience and ability to work consistently under pressure.
* Professional attitude.
* Possess good IT skills to use Microsoft programmes.
* Ability to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement.
* Good standard of education - preferably have Maths and English GCSE grade C+
* Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care, and diligence at all times.
