Customer Service Call Handler - Temporary - Swansea Your new company Your new company is a well-established organisation located in the heart of Swansea. Your new role Your new role is to provide the highest level of customer service to callers of the organisation. You will be responsible for dealing with inbound calls and emails from customers who are reposting issues. The role will require efficient data entry as you will be expected to log information about the customers and their issues onto the organisation's CRM system. This role will require you to handle a high volume of calls throughout the day, and you will be expected to show empathy whilst providing great customer service. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be someone who is dedicated to providing fantastic customer service as this is the most important requirement for our client, more so than the number of calls handled. The successful candidate will have keen attention to detail and be able to extract the required information from a customer whilst on the call. You will also be an individual who can keep calm within fast-paced environments and show empathy whilst on phone calls. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.50 per hour. The holiday entitlement is 25 days bank holidays. The position is a temporary full-time position where you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis once the required training has been completed.
