Job summary Band 2 Radiotherapy Admin Assistant The post holder will be required to work across all departments within the Berkshire Centre assisting with the administration duties required. Main duties of the job To provide effective administration support relating to the Radiotherapy Department at Royal Berkshire Hospital - this will include: Preparation of hospital notes in advance of patients attending for their appointment. Requesting relevant clinical information such as pathology, histology and radiology results. Checking patients in and out of clinic on PMS / EPR / MOSIAC and making follow-up appointments as appropriate. Responsible for making follow-up appointments and arranging other appointments as required. Ensure timely production of an accurate clinical record of each patient episode, using relevant IT systems and databases, including case note tracking.
