Their clients including private developers and landowners, as well as strategic land promoters and local authorities – working across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and retail. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
* Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
* Preparing planning applications and documents.
* Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
* Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What we are looking for:
* 3-5 years of professional experience as a Town Planner with an RTPI accredited degree
* MRTPI or working towards
* Excellent research and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
