Finance Assistant Location: Broxburn Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: Flexible Reed Accountancy are working with an excellent organisation located on the outskirts of Edinburgh, seeking a temporary Finance Assistant to join their Finance team until Christmas. This role will see the successful candidate performing various transactional finance duties with a focus on accounts payable activities. Day-to-day of the role: Processing high volume purchase ledger invoicing daily. Processing and preparing supplier payments. Reconciling bank statements. Assisting with accounting procedures and reporting. Responding to enquiries related to accounts payable in a timely manner. Maintaining strong working relationships through liaising with suppliers and resolving any issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in managing purchase ledger and accounts payable responsibilities. Experience using MS Dynamics. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
