Your Role:

What Youll Need:
Experience with SEMH: Proven background in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to foster strong relationships with both students and colleagues. Patience and Flexibility: Ability to navigate challenging behaviours with understanding and resilience. Drivers License: A valid license is required due to the schools location.
