Our client are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join their team on a temporary ad-hoc basis, covering select weekdays with no weekend shifts. This role involves greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. £11.94 per hour. Receptionist Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and other administrative tasks as needed. Keep reception and common areas tidy and organised. Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or team lead. Receptionist Qualifications: Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
