Position: Technical SEO Manager
We are looking for an assertive and creative Technical SEO Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for optimizing our websites to meet the technical requirements of search engines. Your primary focus will be on improving the structure, performance, and accessibility to enhance search engine rankings and creating clear roadmaps and evidence-based strategies to deliver results for clients.
Your tasks will include:
1. Improving functionality by ensuring proper site functionality and implementing best SEO practices in collaboration with developers.
2. Boosting traffic through strategic keyword implementation across sites.
3. Improving user experience by ensuring pages render properly across devices and in the user's preferred language.
4. Increasing click-through rates of organic listings using off-site SEO tactics, including schema markup and metadata optimization.
5. Increasing conversions by improving technical aspects of websites, from speed to proper interlinking.
6. Conducting competitor research and analysis to stay updated on the latest SEO trends and implement new tactics.
7. Attending client meetings to understand KPIs and provide consultancy.
Required Qualifications/Knowledge:
1. Well-versed in HTML, CSS, JS, and site architecture.
2. Ability to make calculated changes in website content.
3. Theoretical understanding of on and off-page SEO strategies, including backlink profiles.
4. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and other relevant SEO tools.
5. Functional knowledge of Chrome DevTools, structured data markup, content analysis tools, and AMP.
6. Proficiency in managing robots.txt files, canonical tags, pagination, and redirects.
7. Conceptual knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization and UX principles.
8. Broad understanding of social media platforms and their influence on SEO.
9. Agency experience preferred.
10. Ability to anticipate common website problems and provide detailed analysis with performance recommendations.
11. Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
12. Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and manage projects with clients.
