Rolls-Royce Motor Cars - Finance Controlling - 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
We are seeking three Interns to join our Finance Team at the home of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
You will be joining one of the following teams:
The Sales Controlling team account for and report on the cost of global vehicle sales. In addition, they financially control the business through steering the fixed cost expenditure of global sales, communications and marketing departments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the department and the wider business through the analysis of financial data.
Manufacturing Controlling team is responsible for steering the annual fixed cost, strategy and invest budgets for various departments at RRMC, including costing bespoke parts and developing digital reporting solutions.
The Contribution team - financially steer and report on the cost of selling and manufacturing of our vehicles globally. In addition, we are responsible for steering our Bespoke and Aftersales Business through Fixed Cost Controlling and Business Case review. The internship is to support on related reporting and analytical tasks to achieve key deadlines.
What awaits you?
1. Supporting month end close including financial reporting.
2. Analytical based duties using Excel.
3. Working with a small team using good communication and working under pressure
4. The successful candidate will get exposure to the workings of an international business with specific focus on manufacturing and cost control within a financial department.
Qualifications and Experience
5. Studying a Finance, Economics or Business based degree on course for a minimum of a 2:2.
6. Good communication skills are essential.
7. Must have an analytical mindset and a working knowledge of MS Office and excel.
8. The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy.
