A Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook.
What will I be doing?
As a Second Cook, you will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following activities:
* Produce the Mise en Place Kitchen
* Set up the orders for sales points
* Ensure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen
* Prepare food using appropriate techniques of cooking under the guidance of your superior
* Store and check the validity of food
* Assist other departments whenever necessary
* In shift changes, transmit the information to the next shift and seek previous shift information
* Perform such other duties assigned by the supervisor
