Kingdom Healthcare is a healthcare recruitment agency focusing on temporary staffing solutions within the healthcare sector, primarily supplying nurses and healthcare staff into private sector healthcare environments, such as care homes.
Due to team growth, we are looking to onboard a new Business Development Executive.
Brief Summary of Responsibilities
1. This role will focus on winning new business.
2. Identify new business prospects within a designated region of England or Wales.
3. Call and visit prospects with the intention of pitching our staffing solutions.
4. Convert prospects into new clients.
5. Deliver temporary staffing vacancies back to the recruitment team.
The Role
1. £25,000 annual salary.
2. Excellent monthly commission structure.
3. Full Time.
4. Permanent.
5. 3-month probation period.
6. Based in our Birmingham office (Post Code B3 1QA) when not on client visits.
7. Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00.
Ideal Candidate
1. Must be able to drive and willing to travel to visit clients (all expenses paid, i.e., fuel, etc.).
2. Highly planned and organized.
3. Energetic with an influential personality.
4. Ability to win new business.
