Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: Production and implementation of the National Management Plan, in line with the DHRG Commanders direction, DPHC policy and overall responsibility for production of performance management statistics. The post holder will undertake analysis of information and data directly from MH facilities to identify trends and issues in order to support and deliver Quality Improvement Programmes (QIPs). Developing, in collaboration with others, processes, procedures and systems to ensure the efficient and effective management of services. Managing the effective allocation of available resources across the nation for all MH facilties to deliver safe and effective care. Acting as the National lead for the MH care pathways. Supporting and advising on compliance with National and Service Health Care Governance (HcG) standards by providing direction and support to the DHRG MH units to ensure that the necessary procedures are carried out on behalf of Comd DHRG.
