We are looking for a Client Onboarding Coordinator to manage and deliver seamless onboarding experiences for our clients, setting them up for success on our platforms. This role is based full-time in our Dundee office, and if you have a passion for customer service, project management, and are tech-savvy, we’d love to hear from you!
About the team
You’ll be joining a small, highly effective team of Onboarding Coordinators known for their efficiency and strong micro-culture. The team’s purpose is to quickly manage client onboarding to our Snappy platforms, delivering high-quality builds while continuously improving processes to make the onboarding experience more scalable. In this role you will report to Head of Retailer Success.
About the Role
In this role you will:
1. Work closely with Sales Managers to gather the necessary details to onboard clients to key platforms.
2. Set up client ordering platforms, including configuring stores, menus, websites, and iOS/Android apps (Snappy Shopper and Hungrrr platforms).
3. Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and adhere to onboarding timelines and KPIs.
4. Provide clients with timely updates on their onboarding progress and assist with inquiries via phone and email.
5. Attend client calls, present platform builds, and make real-time adjustments based on feedback.
6. Identify and propose process and product improvements to make the onboarding process more scalable.
About You
To do this job well you’ll need technical proficiency and confidence in using tools like Microsoft Office and CRM software (we use Zoho CRM and are in the process of implementing Zendesk ticketing system).
In addition, you’ll also bring:
1. Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and graphic design.
2. Experience in a customer-facing role, with hospitality or convenience sector experience being a plus.
3. A growth mindset with excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
4. Proactive, collaborative, and solution-driven approach with great communication skills.
