We are excited to have partnered one of the UK's leading care providers, with no on-call in the week and only 1 out 6 weekends!
The position will be part of a brand new care service that they have recently opened, so a truly rare opportunity to really play a key part in the growth and development of the service.
We are open minded to the type of candidate that would suit this role and are therefore considering all of the following types of role:
- Experienced Care Managers- Deputy Care Managers- Care Coordinators- Care Team Leaders
You will ideally need to be a driver and have a minimum level 3 in health & social care (Level 5 would be an advantage!)
Initial training will be provided but you should be able to work on your initiative when required and be self motivated. You will be a team player, an excellent communicator, well organised and able to work under pressure at times.
The main duties
1. To assist with care referrals coming into the business
2. In conjunction with the Directors, to provide support to all staff members within the group
3. To ensure that all legislation is adhered to as required by CQC and company structure.
4. Attend regular meetings with the leadership team and provide reports as required.
