This is your chance to be part of a team that helps to shape our housing services, measures tenant satisfaction and ensures our tenancies are up to date.
Housing Assistants have generic job descriptions; these roles are within the Tenancy Engagement team.
You will be engaging with our tenants on a daily basis, helping to understand dissatisfaction, making referrals to other agencies and colleagues, and ensuring that all tenancy data is correct.
The role of the Tenancy Engagement team is to complete surveys with tenants in line with the requirement to collect Tenant Satisfaction measures (TSM’s), which are a part of the requirements for all social landlords set by the Regulator of Social Housing.
TSMs look at various areas, including repairs, safety, fairness and respect, handling complaints, listening to tenant feedback, dealing with anti-social behaviour, and how we contribute to the neighbourhood.
If this sounds of interest to you, please contact Emily Cope on 01782 231637 for an informal discussion about the role.
As a progressive employer, we offer generous annual leave entitlement, a local authority pension, flexible working, and opportunities for personal development.
Please note that if an employee who is currently at risk of redundancy within the organisation applies for this vacancy, their application will receive priority. If this happens, you will be advised accordingly.
