Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

A rapidly growing and established fast fashion-wear company in Salford is seeking an Account Manager to join our team at the regional sales office.
The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, have strong task ownership, and be a good team player.
In this role, you will be key to maintaining solid relationships with the company's customers and acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Please note that the company does not offer sponsorship; therefore, candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK and live within a commutable distance from Salford to be considered.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Serve as the main contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs.
2. Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
3. Communicate with clients clearly and address their concerns, resolving any conflicts that arise.
4. Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
5. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients, and identify renewal opportunities.
6. Follow up on any discrepancies with customers, such as price, quantity, compliance, quality, etc.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven working experience in account management.
2. Ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
3. Be proactive and able to think outside the box.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understanding Chinese is preferable.
5. Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
6. Excellent team player with strong task ownership.
