Our client is an award winning, Legal 500 full serviced law firm which is growing fast. They are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Wealth & Inheritance department.Duties include:Providing full secretarial support including digital dictation systems.General team administration tasks including photocopying, faxing, filling and scanning.Meeting and greeting clients.Arranging meetings.Opening files and dealing with all aspects of anti-money laundering, archiving and Will storage.Witness Will signing and deal with LPA's.Dealing with billing and accounts administration.
Experienced required:At least 2 years + Legal Secretary experience. Ideally in the Private Client department with knowledge of Private Wealth and Inheritance matters.Data entry skills is essential with good attention to detail.Knowledge of using a case management system.
What they offer:Monday - Friday full time in the office.25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays.Salary depending on experience £25,000 - £30,000.Company pension.Discounted legal services.
