We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a thriving employer, looking to extend their customer service department, as the Customer Service Executive you will manage the customer query flow, updating them and directing them accordingly to the correct department.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable brand offering local and specialist knowledge to the area.
This role is part time and a contract until the middle of July 2024 supporting our client through a peak period. The opportunity for extension could be available for the right talent.
The hours: Monday Friday 09:00am 14:00pm (25 hours per week)

* Become first point of contact for all customer queries
* Offering updates and supports to set queries
* Respond, conclude or escalate transactional enquiries
* Log all customer contact through internal CRM s
* Work within set deadlines regarding resolutions of customer queries
* Actively support other departments
This Customer Service Executive role requires the below experience:
* Previous customer service experience is essential.
* Previous exposure logging customer data through a CRM
* Strong administration and IT skills
* Excellent communication skills
