About the Role: We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team covering Northern Ireland. You’ll provide first-line customer support, servicing, and repairing Flowbird ticketing equipment, as well as assisting with installations and managing stock. Location: Belfast or surrounding areas Shift Pattern: Initial training: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Post-training: 4 days on, 4 days off (7am – 7pm) Salary: £26,800 What you'll do: Perform on-site maintenance and repairs on ticketing equipment. Diagnose and resolve basic software issues using PC tools. Ensure a first-time fix approach and deliver excellent customer service. Maintain clear communication and escalate major issues as needed. Keep accurate records and manage service calls via the call management system. Handle and maintain company stock and spare parts. Follow Health & Safety regulations. Assist with new equipment installations and upgrades. What you'll need: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in an electrical field. Experience in electro-mechanical engineering, ideally in vending, transport, or similar industries. Full UK driving licence. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure. We offer you: Company van, equipment, PPE, and clothing provided.
