A healthcare facility in Preston is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their extensive clinical and nursing team. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with day and night shifts available.
Salary: £36,176 - £38,596 + enhancements
Hours: Full-time, Part-time, Days & Nights available

This independent mental health hospital situated in lush green grounds, easily accessible from the M6 and M55, and with free parking available on-site. The hospital specializes in the management and treatment of patients experiencing acute mental health crises. It also has a specialized unit for patients with eating disorders. The hospital works in partnership with the NHS to deliver high-quality outcomes for all patients, and it is known for providing excellent care with a strong clinical and nursing team.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse responsibilities will include:
• Delivering high-quality, service user-focused care
• Participating in the development of new services and care pathways
• Supporting the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
• Engaging in continuous quality improvement within the service
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities:
• Registered nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN and at least 12 months of post-qualifying experience
• Relevant clinical experience
• A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
• Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
