The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Avantor organisation and play a key role in the UK HR team as an interim HR Business Partner. We are seeking a HR professional for a minimum of 6 months to provide professional generalist HR support to a broad range of business clients which include Sales & Customer Service. This role will be part of a strong UK HR team, and act as the single point of contact covering the full range of general HR activity. What we’re looking for: Experience in Human Resources either at HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level Either A-level, ideally degree or equivalent qualifications (e.g. CIPD Level 5) A HR professional which takes ownership of supporting their client group and partners with the business to enable and support the business to deliver results A positive individual who has a “can do” attitude Value the importance of data, and then able to analyse the data and identify the insights to potential areas for improvement Team Player Very good communication skills, both spoken and written Experience of working in a matrix organisation would be an advantage but not essential Ability to present to groups across all areas of the organisation, including Senior Management Project Management and Change Management skills Strong Time and Priorities Management skills Sound knowledge of UK Employment Law How you will thrive and create an impact: Proactively supports the deliver all the HR Processes associated with the employee life cycle Builds strong relationships with internal clients Build strong relationship with the UK HR team, wider HR team within Region West and the with HR COE (HRIS, Talent, Learning and Development etc) Supports and partner with People Managers to lead Avantor associates in line with the Avantor ICARE values and help People Managers to lead Avantor associate in line with HR best practice.
