Project Manager with Team Leader Responsibilities

We are excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic multidisciplinary consultancy. In this role, you will lead and contribute to a diverse range of construction projects across housing, regeneration, education, commercial, care, and health care sectors. This position also includes responsibility as a Project Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent across a variety of construction projects, utilizing standard forms of construction contracts.
* Liaise with clients to present schemes, discuss project programming, and manage delivery expectations.
* Lead the appointment and performance management of Professional Teams.
* Conduct regular site visits and issue detailed inspection reports.
* Prepare and present feasibility and appraisal reports.
* Develop and present outline design proposals, including budget estimations.
* Oversee the preparation of full working drawings, contract administration, and tendering processes.
* Mentor and train colleagues as part of the Project Team Leader responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
* A BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Associate membership of RICS or an equivalent recognized qualification.
* Proven experience in Construction Project Management (consultancy experience is highly preferred).
