Project Manager with Team Leader Responsibilities Location: South London Salary: Competitive, based on experience Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic multidisciplinary consultancy. In this role, you will lead and contribute to a diverse range of construction projects across housing, regeneration, education, commercial, care, and health care sectors. This position also includes responsibility as a Project Team Leader. Key Responsibilities Act as the Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent across a variety of construction projects, utilizing standard forms of construction contracts. Liaise with clients to present schemes, discuss project programming, and manage delivery expectations. Lead the appointment and performance management of Professional Teams. Conduct regular site visits and issue detailed inspection reports. Prepare and present feasibility and appraisal reports. Develop and present outline design proposals, including budget estimations. Oversee the preparation of full working drawings, contract administration, and tendering processes. Mentor and train colleagues as part of the Project Team Leader responsibilities. What We’re Looking For A BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline. Associate membership of RICS or an equivalent recognized qualification. Proven experience in Construction Project Management (consultancy experience is highly preferred).
