About the role
Here at Kerry, we are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Finance Analyst based in Staines, N.W Surrey on a hybrid working basis. You will support the weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis for the Dairy Consumer Foods business alongside managing access for commercial users, approval tables, and master data governance.
The successful candidate will possess analytical skills, be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, and be part or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA).
Key responsibilities
* Support with coordinating and consolidating monthly reporting packs for circulation to senior leadership teams
* Collating commentary
* Reviewing insights and trends
* KPI reporting
* Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
* Consolidated reporting
* Preparation and circulation of weekly performance report for senior leadership teams
* Flash reporting / Flash variance analysis
* Support on financial projects and system testing as required by the business
* Ensure all Commercial users have the correct access - Pricing/TPM/Dispute Management & MDG
* Maintenance and management of access control tables for SAP pricing and TPMs
* Ensure all Commercial users have access to the correct training documents/courses
* Review any user issues with ICT or EPM teams and understand root cause (e.g. access, pricing, master data)
* Support with ICT audits of user access
* Maintenance and management of approval workflows for pricing, TPMs, and dispute management
* Profit centre derivation rules maintenance in SAP/GTM
* Request setup of new profit centres and changes to existing profit centres
* Review and governance of hierarchy structures used in GTM and MDP reporting - e.g. brand, core technology, and technology management hierarchies
* Support with bi-annual GTM and MDP reporting restatement process
Qualifications and skills
* CIMA/ACCA qualification
* Good Excel skills
* Understanding of SAP (desirable)
* Weekly and monthly reporting
