Role Overview As Logistics Team Leader you will be expected to have a hands-on approach. You will take on the leadership for your local logistics team and coordinate with the operations, and customer service teams to meet the demands of a very busy logistics department. You will be responsible for managing team performance through appraisals, coaching and development plans and be the teams first point of contact. You will participate in external/internal audits related to logistics as required by the Trescal Quality Manager and ensure that mandatory and legislative QHSE aspects of work are implemented at all times. You will also be responsible for the stores control, logistics planning, deliveries and collections for all sites that Donibristle operates with.
