This is an exciting opportunity as the school is part of the Holy Cross Catholic MAC and is one of 50 schools identified as part of the Government rebuilding programme. The school is seeking a dynamic personality who will provide efficient and effective IT support.
The role is to provide technical support to staff and students using the school's ICT systems and infrastructure. Manning the helpdesk, in conjunction with the rest of team and responding to user requests and issues in a timely manner.

* Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
* Possess an adaptable and calm approach to tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to provide outstanding customer service whilst developing professional working relationships with staff and students.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to continuously keep up to date with changing technologies
* Ability to work well as part of a team whilst also being able to manage your own workload
* Good time keeping skills are essential to help support teaching and learning
