Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience in developing SuccessFactors Story Reports, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and various SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Learning).
2. Strong analytical skills for interpreting and modeling data to solve complex reporting challenges.
3. Practical experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules, with SuccessFactors certifications or equivalent experience being highly desirable.
4. Understanding of data governance, security, and data protection requirements in a global HR reporting context.
5. Experience working within an Agile framework, managing reporting deliverables within defined sprints and timelines.
6. Preferred: Experience in large-scale, multinational SAP SuccessFactors implementations and knowledge of standard templates and reporting best practices within the SuccessFactors Story Reporting environment.
Your responsibilities are:
1. Design, develop, and test SuccessFactors Story Reports across various HR modules, utilizing templates for reference within the SuccessFactors Story Reporting module (Report Centre).
2. Collaborate with our HR Reporting & Analytics Lead, Business Analyst, and other workstreams to translate report specifications and business requirements into functional reports. Participate in demonstrations and feedback sessions to refine reports based on user input.
3. Conduct unit testing and quality checks on all reports to ensure data accuracy, performance, and visualization quality, following our Shared Services Data Analytics standards.
4. Engage with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, ensuring developed reports provide actionable insights and meet end-user requirements.
5. Work with Integration and Data workstreams to verify data flows and resolve any data integrity issues, with support from CapGemini and SAP as needed.
6. Ensure reports are compatible across SuccessFactors instances, minimizing modifications for regional adaptations.
7. Maintain documentation for all reports, including technical specifications, user guides, and testing records, to facilitate a seamless handover to the operational team post-deployment.
8. Identify opportunities to enhance report scalability, quality, and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

We are offering a 5-month contract for the role of SuccessFactors Report Developer, based in Preston, with a pay rate of £20.00 per hour, inside IR35. This role requires the post holder to be onsite 1-2 days per week. You will join a collaborative team as part of our programme's Reporting Workstream, working closely with other Report Developers, Analysts, and Integration teams to deliver reporting objectives.
Your accountability will include delivering all reporting solutions within agreed timelines while adhering to data accuracy and visualization standards, ensuring compliance with our company’s data governance, security, and data protection policies. You will also actively support the transition of reporting solutions from development to Business As Usual (BAU), facilitating a smooth operational handover.
